I wanted to do some new 'tag' style posts, as they are quick and easy to write and help me to get back into the swing of blogging.

This one was created by Amy at the Little Booknerds In The Corner

Hot Summer Nights - What recent read kept you up reading all night?

The last book I remember staying up late to finish was Ariadne by Jennfier Saint. I had mixed opinions on this book, because I enjoyed the first half of the book, but found the ending a bit underwhelming.

New Favourite Ice-Cream - What book has been added to your favourites list recently?

I recently read The Girl and The Goddess by Nikita Gill, and it was instantly added to my list of favourite books of all time. It's a novel in verse, and it's beautiful, and a really unique story.

Summer Storm Brewing - Which book are you most anticipating for the rest of the year?

Adrienne Young has two books coming out at the end of 2022. Of course, they have to be at the top of my anticipated releases list. Saint is following on from Fable and Namesake, and Spells for Forgetting is her adult debut!

Pool Party - Which three characters would you love to hang out with by the pool?

Easy! Lara-Jean, Margot, and Kitty from To All The Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han

Long Days - Which world would you like to take some time to explore?

I'm going to go with an obvious one (for me) and say the Shire. It would be so much fun to spend a holiday in the Shire, eating good food, reading, relaxing in the sun!

Packed Beaches - Which recently popular book are you not interested in reading?

I'm not interested in reading the Love Hypothesis - I do own it, and I have tried to read it twice, but I just don't see the hype... Sorry!

Sunburn - Which book can you not stop thinking about?

I have been wanting to read Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor for YEARS, and now that I have a copy of the paperback, I can't wait to dive into it!

So that was the Hot Summer Book TAG! I hope you guys enjoyed, and make sure to share a link in the comments if you do the tag too!
